1. 2018 Shawnigan Lake Jr. Open

Costs:

The costs for this event are $80.00 for the registration fee and $40.00 for my coaching fee (this will cover some of my travel costs and time when spent working with the athletes for the event).

General:

This is the first Junior provincial tournament of the season. All Victoria athletes are encouraged to play in this event. Draws are organized according to skill level rather than age category, as a results all matches are a good challenge for the kids. The Tournament venue is on Shawnigan Lake School Campus and the kids are feed well during the day.

Travel:

Since Shawnigan Lake is only 50km from Victoria I will be driving to and from the campus each day. The toughest day getting to the Tournament will be Friday when afternoon traffic up and over the Malahat is busiest. I will have 4 spots in my car to drive people up to the tournament each day.
